new equipment purchased from CreditCardMachines.Net
is covered by a full one-year limited warranty. CreditCardMachines.Net
will facilitate replacement or warranty issues on new equipment
for the first thirty days after the date of initial purchase.
Any replacement or warranty concerns that occur after the
thirty day period has elapsed must be directed to the manufacturer
of the new equipment. CreditCardMachines.Net will process
replacement/repair of refurbished equipment at its' main offices
for thirty days from the original date of purchase from CreditCardMachines.Net.
The one-year limited warranty on new equipment does not cover
equipment that has been damaged due to acts of nature, lightning
strikes, misuse of equipment, use of equipment outside its'
designed intent, physical damage, spillage, abuse and/or improper
use. The limited one year warranty on new equipment is non-transferable.
NON-DEFECTIVE
EQUIPMENT RETURN AND ORDER CANCELLATION POLICY
Any
non-defective equipment purchased from CreditCardMachines.Net
may be returned within thirty days of the original purchase
date. A 35% restocking fee will be charged on all non-defective
equipment returned. Software may not be returned.
